We were thrilled to have our article featured in MIIS Communications, which gained quite a lot of attention on social media. In the article, we talk about our process in setting up the program, and our initial reactions after round 1 of applications was completed. We were amazed at how many people applied for the program, as well as at everyone’s enthusiasm for connecting to someone new.
Running the Mentorship Program has continued to be a very positive learning experience, and we’ve heard many stories of what people have been up to with their mentors/mentees. We’re excited to see how the program changes over this next year or so, and what effect it will have on the MIIS L10n community!
